ABOUT US

While having very different life paths and unique skill sets; we all share the love for our families incredibly delicious, diverse, and detailed culinary customs.

With the 3 of us growing up in our family bakery in Toronto the inspiration behind our GPCo is without a doubt our parents: Mother, Elena (The Empanada Queen) and Father, Arturo (The Bread Whisperer). Their specialties were always the stars of our table at home, with family, friends, and complete strangers!

We believe that any delicious food with soul and a story is something to be shared, experienced and most of all consumed... and often! With that foundation, we decided to bring some of our traditions to life with our tried and true family recipes as well as all of the new favourites that celebrate our great city’s multi-cultural diversity.

Baked Empanadas can be kept in the fridge or freezer

Preheat oven to 350-375 F

Put your Empanadas on. a baking tray lined with parchment.

Reheat room temp Empanadas for 5 minutes.

Reheat thawed Empanadas for 7-10 minutes.

Reheat frozen Empanadas for 15 minutes.

Let cool for 2-3 minutes.
